Born: Christmas 1947, Chicago.

Specializing in site-specific sculptural and architectural metalwork commissions since 1971 utilizing primarily forged metals such as steel, bronze, and occasionally granite and/or live plants. Forge located in Canaan, New Hampshire, USA

A.B. Dartmouth, 1969; Liberal Arts with combined major incorporating Art .

1992 -1997 Juror, New Hampshire Per Cent for Art for Architectural Art Commissions. 

1980 National Endowment for the Arts - Service to the Field Award.

1987 International Institute for Metal Design (Aachen,Germany) Golden Award. 

1973-1983 Founder, President, Editor...Artist-Blacksmiths's Assoc. of North America(ABANA)

WOODSIDE CONTINUUM, Commissioned by the New York Metropolitan Transit Authority (1999), Arts in Transit Program for the interphase of the MTA and Long Island Railroad at Woodside Station, Queens, New York City.

PINE STREET INN, Boston; large Reliefs for garden of the new Women's wing(1997).
